Copper Kettle Roasters is a small coffee roastery. We roast for filter and espresso in short lots, print roast dates on every bag, and describe flavor in ordinary words. The goal is a cup you can drink every morning without fatigue.

About Copper Kettle
The roastery is a production room with a sample table. We cup new lots and only keep coffees that stay sweet as they cool.
Origin stories are factual: country, mill, and process. We do not invent farm visits we did not take.
Subscriptions can be paused from the email on the bag. If a coffee is out, we offer a similar lot or a refund for that shipment.
Studio visits are by appointment in Durham, North Carolina. There is no walk-in sales floor on every day of the week, and we do not publish a phone number. Email is the best way to reach us.
